Home onsite network setup, or onsite work is billed at $100 hour if within a 20 mile radius.
A minimum of $100 is billed for onsite work.
Pickup and delivery of equipment is charged at $40 within a 20 mile radius of our location.
An extra travel fee may be negotiated for distances more than 20 miles.
We can, at your convenience, remove and reinstall your equipment for you if desired.
We can perform most any service onsite, but recommend taking advantage of the pickup delivery service for computer hardware or virus scanning for your pc's.
We have found it is much more cost effective for our customers this way, and would treat it with the same expedience.
This decision is ultimately yours, according to your needs and circumstances.
We are quite knowledgeable of network configurations, troubleshooting, and setup including port forwarding, and firewall/DMZ setups.
